Ordering


What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Certified Checks, and Wire Transfers.
Do you offer reseller or quantity discounts?
We sometimes offer discounts for quantity orders. This will usually be noted on the site. If you are placing an order for qty 20+ and no discount is noted on our site, please feel free to call us @ (866) 370-4129 .
Do you accept International Credit Cards ?
We do not currently accept international credit cards due to the lack of fraud protection for us and the consumer. If you wish to place an order and you are outside the US we will accept payement via wire transfer or prepaid certified check. Product will not ship until payment has been received and verified.
What is the warranty on the part I am interested in?
All parts are listed with the warranty and provider. This information can be found on the product page to the right of the picture. Please note; manufacturer warranties typically start on the date of manufacture. We offer a minimum 30 days DOA warranty on ALL parts.
When will my credit card be charged ?
We authorize your credit card at checkout but do not capture the money until the order has shipped.
Do you charge sales tax ?
We charge sales tax in the state of Tennessee. If you are a reseller in the state of TN and wish to place an order with us please fax your reseller certificate to (615) 376-4149.
Can you help me find the part I need?
We will try to help you find the correct part for your needs. However, we will not be held responsible for you ordering the wrong part. We do our best to help find the right part based on the information given to us at the time. Responsiblity for ordering the correct part is soleley that of the consumer.

Customer Account


How do I recover my password?
If you have forgotten your password, please go here and enter your email address. This will generate a random password for your account and email it to you. Once you have received the new password, it is highly recommended that you log in immediately and change it to something you will remember.
Am I required to register ?
If you wish to place an order on our site you must register. You do not have to register to view our products and prices and will not be asked to register until the checkout process. Please read our security and privacy section below.
Is it possible to change my account information?
You may change your account information at any time by simply logging in to your account. There you will find links to all your information for easy modification.
How may I track my order ?
You may track your order by logging in to your account and viewing the details of the order.
How may I change / cancel my order ?
You may change or cancel your order anytime prior to being processed or shipped by calling (866) 370-4129. After your order has been processed or shipped it can not be changed and cancellations will be handled as returns.

Shipping


May I have my order shipped to an address different than my billing address ?
Absolutely. However, please call the phone number on the back of your credit card and make certain that the shipping address is on file with the bank as an alternate shipping address. This helps to protect you from credit card fraud, and is the number one cause for delayed orders.
What shipping methods do you offer ?
We ship via UPS and make use of all available ground and air services.
When will my order ship ?
All orders processed by 2:00 PM CST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed or delayed past 2:00 PM CST will be processed on the next business day.
Do you ship to APO / FPO?
We do not currently ship to APO / FPO due to freight regulations.
What is the cost for shipping ?
Shipping charges are based on the products origin and destination. Our site will calculate for you the various methods available with real time rates from UPS during the checkout process. You may also calculate freight at any time after adding product to your cart by clicking on "Calculate Freight" on the top left. Customers will be responsible for all duties and taxes which are typically charged when a product leaves the United States.
Can you make certain that UPS will deliver without my signature?
We cannot require the UPS driver to leave a package without a signature as this decision is made by the driver.

Returns / Exchanges


What is your return policy?

Can you waive the restocking fee ?
If you order the wrong item we must charge a restocking fee to help offset costs. These costs include the fees to charge and refund your credit card, shipping, packaging, labor, etc. We NEVER charge a restocking fee if the return is directly caused by an issue we created.
How do I obtain an RMA number?
To obtain an RMA number, please fill out an RMA request here. Your request will be received by our returns department. You should receive a response from us within a few hours.
My order is missing items.
Sometimes multiple piece shipments must be shipped separately and may cause your items to arrive up to a few days apart. If you receive a product that is missing pieces that should have been included by the manufacturer, these pieces may be obtained by contacting the manufacturer directly. If you have any further questions please call customer service (866) 370-4129.
My order arrived damaged due to shipping.
Please call customer service immediately at (866) 370-4129 and we will replace your item.

When you place an order with Pinnacle Technology USA, Inc. your information is kept safe and private. We use the latest encryption technologies by utilizing a 128/256 Bit SSL Certificate. We do not sell or share your information with anyone outside of Pinnacle Technology USA, Inc.

It incorporates the requirements of the Visa USA Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP) and the Visa International Account Information Security (AIS) program, the MasterCard International Site Data Protection (SDP) program, as well as the security requirements of American Express DSS, DiscoverCard DISC and the Japan Credit Bureau (JCB).
SANS / FBI Top 20 Vulnerability Test Compliant

The SANS/FBI Top Twenty is a consensus list of vulnerabilities that are updated from time to time. If I register with Pinnacle Technology, will I receive unsolicited email?
