Return Policy
| No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA
number. The customer must contact Pinnacle Technology USA, Inc. within
15 days of the sale to receive an RMA number. All returns are subject
to a 20% restocking fee. After 15 days all exchanges must be handled
with the manufacturer. We offer a 15 day (from date of invoice) money
back guarantee on all merchandise less 20% restocking fee, shipping,
and/or labor / service.
Orders placed in error that have already shipped are treated as
any other order and therefore subject to a 20% restocking fee and time
deadlines.
Defective Product Exchange is returned to Pinnacle Technology USA, Inc.
at customers expense. All products then sent to the customer will be
sent via FedEx Ground. Any upgrade to that shipment for any reason will
be incurred at the customers expense with a discount for the cost we
would have normally incurred shipping ground.
- Purchased items may be returned for refund or replacements
subject to manufacturer's and/or at cost restrictions.
- All product returns must have a Returned Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number issued by Pinnacle Technology USA, Inc.
- All Authorized Returns must be received by us within 10 days of
issuing RMA number. Any returns not received within this time limit
will not be credited and will either be refused or returned at
customers expense.
- There will be a 20% restocking fee on unopened returns. Items
must be returned in a re-saleable condition. All original packaging,
components and manuals must be included with returned products.
- Opened returns are usually not accepted unless the manufacturer
permits these types of returns.
- New Retail Factory Sealed product may be returned with a minimum
25% restocking fee to be determined by Pinnacle Technology USA, Inc
Returns Department at the time of RMA request.
- After the first 15 days of invoice, all returns and replacements
must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Manufacturer's
warranties vary by product category.
- Products that are inoperable at first use are eligible for a
Dead On Arrival (DOA) return up to 15 days from the date of the
invoice. Items suspected to be defective but are later found to be
operable by Pinnacle Technology USA, Inc. technicians are charged
out at an hourly rate of $25.00 an hour, not to exceed 20% of the
original item cost. The customer will be charged this testing fee
and the found to be operable item will be returned to the buyer, at
the buyer's expense. If, however, the part is found to be defective,
a replacement will immediately be sent to the buyer at no extra
cost.
- Product returned to us that is damaged physically or by improper
installation is not eligible for refund or exchange and will be
returned at customer's expense.
- For all Defective Product returns, the customer prepays return
shipping. Pinnacle Technology USA, Inc. will pay return freight to
the customer.
- Pinnacle Technology USA, Inc. does not offer price protection on
anything we sell. Any return of a product that has had a price drop
is processed at the then current price.
- Shipping is never refundable.

| Occasionally, situations beyond our control arise that
may cause delays in shipping your order. In these cases we will attempt
to contact you through all available means to inform you of the delay.
If your order is mission critical, please call and inform us as soon
as the order is placed and check your order status frequently.
- All orders for in-stock products confirmed by 2PM CST, Monday
through Friday, will ship the same day
- We can not ship to PO Boxes
- All orders for in-stock products placed after 2PM CST, or on
Weekends or Holidays, will ship the next business day.
- Sales tax will be charged for all orders shipping to a TN
address. If you are a reseller or tax-exempt customer please
contact a Pinnacle Technology USA, Inc. Sales Associate to place
your order.
- Please make certain that your billing address and shipping
address are correct and on record with your credit card company. If
we are unable to verify an address it will delay your shipment and
you will be contacted to correct the situation.
- Pinnacle Technology USA, Inc. adds shipping and handling on all
orders according to the weight of package(s).
- Free Shipping is for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous
states of the United States of America and is not available for
International, Alaska, or Hawaii .
If your order arrives to you in an obviously damaged condition,
refuse the delivery. The carrier is responsible for the damage and not
you. If, however, you accept delivery and open the carton and then
discover the item was damaged during shipping, contact the carrier for
inspection, then contact our Customer Service Department and we will
file a claim on your behalf. |

| To help prevent credit card fraud, Pinnacle
Technology USA, Inc. will only ship to verifiable addresses. If you
wish to have your order shipped to an address that is not listed with
your credit card company, please call the phone number on the back of
your credit card and have it added as an alternate address on your
account.
In the event we are unable to verify an address, we will contact the
cardholder to seek a quick solution.
We use 128-bit encryption to protect your sensitive
information during transmittal over the internet.
Due to the fact that our solution protects all the
information exchanged between our Web server and you in 128-bit
encryption, personal information and credit card details cannot be viewed by outside parties.
- Note, a 40 bit key can be broken in only a few hours, while it
is estimated that a 128 bit key would take more than the age of the
universe to break under the same 'brute force' attack.
